Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit will be built as a sustainable, barrier-free, transit-accessible, 70,000 square foot facility. We, in collaboration with Group2 Architecture Engineering, Synergy Projects and Williams Engineering, have defined our ideal specifications for Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit: “green,” barrier-free, accessible to all citizens – and able to grow and expand.

The building will be comprised of dynamic office space and a flexible workshop linked together by an inviting atrium that will serve as a gathering and connecting point.
 

office

The office component will operate like a business centre with an open and flexible plan of 5,000 square feet per floor (10,000 square feet total). The vision is to have open work stations and shared resources (reception, meeting rooms, resource rooms, etc…) that can be booked or leased on an as-needed basis. 

In addition, there will be approximately 30,000 square feet of office space available above the warehouse, which will be finished to base building standards so that users can custom fit their space for their needs.


workshop

The workshop will be multi-purpose and adaptable to the needs of our varying non-profits seasonally.

630 CHED Santas Anonymous will use 25,000 square feet of workshop space from November to December to operate their toy campaign. 5,000 square feet will be available to tenant(s) at this time. 

Santas Anonymous will then condense their program to 5,000 square feet in their off season. This will leave 25,000 square feet of workshop space available for other charitable organizations with seasonal needs from January to October.
