Jerry Forbes Centre  -  Prospective Tenant Eligibility

The Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit anticipates opening in early 2014 with the following space available:

• 1000 to 20,000 sq. ft in warehouse, for seasonal use for week (s) or month(s) January to October.
• Office space will be available for lease year-round or seasonal, short-term basis.
   
  

Tenant Application Process:

Step 1:  Eligibility (see below, must be eligible before invitation to Step 2)

Step2:  Expressions of Interest

 Eligible organizations are asked to submit an Expression of Interest.  These are reviewed on or around March 30, 2012 with a second group of interested tenants to be reviewed on or around September 30, 2012.   

 Step 3:  Application for Shared Space Tenancy

Qualified organizations from Step 2 are invited to submit an Application for Shared Space Tenancy.  These are collected after March 30, 2012 for the first batch with a decision processed by the Tenant Committee by June 30th.  A second batch of applications will be collected for September 30th and processed for decisions after December 31, 2012.
