Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit will bring together diverse non-profit organizations that are committed to working collaboratively for social change -- and building community spirit.  We have secured the Christmas Bureau of Edmonton as our equity partner and are working with other non-profit, volunteer-driven organizations that have expressed keen interest in sharing space.
 
We have projected that our non-profit partners will be offered ZERO base rent.  They will be responsible for the operating costs of the space they utilize.
