founders and tenants The Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit will bring together diverse non-profit organizations that are committed to working collaboratively to better our city and build community spirit. Our founders are 630 CHED Santas Anonymous and the Christmas Bureau of Edmonton and we are working with other non-profit, volunteer-driven organizations that have expressed keen interest in sharing space.
We have projected that our non-profit tenants will be offered a significantly below-market rate. They will be responsible for the operating costs of the space they utilize and share.
