 Inspired by the needs of Edmonton’s less fortunate children, 630 CHED Santas Anonymous began over 55 years ago and has now become the catalyst for a larger vision; the vision for the Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit (Jerry Forbes Centre) – a volunteer centre and multi-tenant office and workshop space.As the future home for 630 CHED Santas Anonymous, the Christmas Bureau of Edmonton and other vital non-profits in need, the Jerry Forbes Centre will be built on the promise to house non-profit organizations, provide affordable and flexible shared spaces, facilitate collaborative business practices -- and promote community spirit and volunteerism. More than a physical structure, the Jerry Forbes Centre will benefit all of Greater Edmonton for decades to come.
In recognition of all that we are working to achieve, in both physical structure and ideology, the theme BUILD THE SPIRIT speaks to the very heart of our campaign.
